Gramly installed a 19 foot awning on my patio. They were here on time when they told me. They had very good manners, and the job was completed perfect. Everything was left nice and clean, and all the trash was taken away.

I had the opportunity of working closely with Mike as we were involved in a joint venture whereby he built a home in the 1985 Luxury Parade of Homes in the Broadmoor area. His professionalism as a home builder was reinforced in the winning of three First Honors for this Parade home. Mike is a pleasant, agreeable person and I look forward to working with him in the future.
 

Gramly Construction, over the years, has performed both residential and commercial work for me. My introduction to Mike Gramly was through my neighbor who contracted her home remodel to Gramly Construction. My wife and I were very impressed with the end result; the excellent quality of work and the attention paid to detail. We used Gramly for small to medium jobs, thereafter. In 2004, I assigned Mike's company to oversee the total remodel of my home in Henderson, a project that lasted fourteen months and exceeded $800,000. It was the largest personal project I've undertaken and I've never regretted the time or money spent then or since. We continue to receive compliments on our remodeled home and Mike continues to perform monthly walk-throughs and repairs as needed.

As with our residential relationship, Mike has performed small to medium jobs for us at our McDonald's Restaurants. He is currently working on major remodeling projects at four of our McDonald's

One of the standout attributes that I find unusual in most relationships with contractors is the ownership Mike and his associates take for all aspects of the job. If and when he subcontracts work out, Mike will demand of his subs the same high level of performance his reputation has been built on and his company is known for. It has also been a pleasure working with his associates, Jim, Barry and all of his regular subs. Quick to respond to calls, they listen to my needs and have rarely misunderstood. They are quick to correct any mistakes. They have been respectful of my home, privacy and the rules and regulations of the Home Owners Association.

Congratulations! In your first Parade of Homes in two subdivisions you achieved six first place awards and one second place award out of a possible eight awards from the Parade of Homes visiting public.

To the best of my knowledge, no other builder has been so successful in a first attempt at Parade of Homes housing. It must be extraordinarily self satisfying to realize the Parade of Homes visitors, your potential buyers, felt so strongly about your entries at Broadmoor Bluffs and Norwood.
