OUR HISTORY
Gramly Construction’s President / Owner /Operator, Michael Gramly, has been in the construction business for over 40 years and a Nevada resident for over 30 years. In 1998, Michael Gramly founded Gramly Construction, Inc., initially performing remodeling projects under $1 million.
By the year 2000, Gramly Construction was involved with multi-million-dollar residential remodels and commercial tenant improvements. In 2002, Gramly Construction started building custom homes in burgeoning Northwest Las Vegas. In the years that followed, Gramly Construction began developing private custom-home communities, including (2) 2.5-acre parcels with custom homes ranging from $1 to $2 million.
In 2010, Gramly Construction was the first builder in the state of Nevada to achieve Silver LEED Certification after completing an extensive “green” residential remodel in Henderson, Nevada. This innovative, Silver LEED certified home included features, such as rooftop solar, high-efficiency heating and cooling and smart home technology integration.

In 2011, Michael Gramly successfully completed the BPI (Building Performance Institute) accreditation process, joining an elite group of professionals certified to perform energy-efficient retrofits and provide exceptional building performance service.
In 2018, Gramly Construction was named by Home Builder Digest as being among the best kitchen and bathroom remodeling contractors and among the best residential general contractors in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Gramly is a B-2 category licensed company, approved by the Nevada State Contractors Board for all types of residential and commercial construction and remodeling projects. Gramly is also Silver LEED Certified and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
