The firm’s president, Michael Gramly, has more than 45 years of experience in construction. Gramly began his career and studied architectural and construction technology in Colorado Springs, Colorado before relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada. Among Gramly’s accomplishments and accolades are receiving 1st place in the 1988 Colorado Springs Parade of Homes and People’s Choice award. More recently, Gramly was recognized as one of the best kitchen and bathroom remodelers, as well as being among the best general contractors in Las Vegas. Additionally, Gramly was the first builder in the state of Nevada to achieve Silver LEED certification in 2010 and he is also an EPA Lead-Safe remodeler.
