This luxurious, first ever Silver LEED Certified home remodel in the State of Nevada was completed by Gramly Construction and features modern architecture as a grand backdrop to the comfortable outdoor living area. The outdoor living space was designed to be easily accessible from multiple rooms in the house. The stamped, colored concrete leads out from the patio to winding pathways, artificial turf and drought-tolerant landscaping.
