Green Valley Estate Project

Gramly Construction proudly completed a whole-home remodel of this prestigious Green Valley Estate. The entire project was realized over a three-year span. Upon completion of the remodel, Gramly Construction successfully achieved the first ever Silver LEED Certified home in the state of Nevada. Together with the homeowners, Gramly expertly designed and implemented every esthetic detail and green specification throughout the home and grounds. Some of the estate’s sustainability features include drought-tolerant landscape design, low-emissivity windows and a custom solar panel array on the parking garage. The 9,500 square foot estate showcases thoughtful and elegant interior design, custom architectural and landscaping features, as well as a custom designed 25,000 gallon pool. As part of this expansive remodel, Gramly built an additional 6,000 square feet of living space – the crowning touch on this elegant and environmentally conscious private paradise.
