Planning and Design Process:

• Providing initial client consultations to discuss and assess construction projects
• Developing a budget and cost estimates based on the amount and quality of materials, labor, plan costs, building fees and other factors of the construction project
• Creating project plans and drawings or working with the architects of the client’s choice
• Providing custom home and remodeling design services with our team’s skills and talents or working with designers of the client’s choice
• Optimizing available funds
• Coordinating construction projects with HOA (Home Owners Association) to help ensure full compliance and required submissions and pre-approvals
• Space planning: determining the type and placement of items, such as lighting fixtures, appliances, custom built-in features and electrical power outlets
• Designing and crafting custom woodwork, cabinetry, flooring and any other custom details desired by the client
• Providing landscape design and installation or working with the landscaper of the client’s choice
• Providing consultation on design materials, such as tile and marble selection, appliances, lighting and plumbing fixtures
• Committing to ongoing education and excellence in the field to continually and consistently provide the latest techniques, designs, trends, products and features to our clients

Construction Process:

• Coordinating and obtaining all required permits, approvals and inspections before and during the construction project
• Hiring and managing reputable, licensed, subcontractors, who specialize in various phases of the construction project. Gramly Construction is pleased to provide construction services from start to finish or work with client-preferred, licensed contractors and vendors
• Ensuring ongoing communication and consultations with clients regarding the status and progress of the construction project
• Enhancing project design and construction quality
• Ensuring the safety of all clients, employees, vendors, subcontractors and associates participating in the construction project
• Coordinating all phases, materials and processes during the construction project
• Managing the scope of work: the workforce, subcontractors, vendors and other associates at the construction site
• Providing interim utilities at the work site
• Avoiding delays and identifying and resolving obstacles and challenges ensuring adherence to plans, specifications and construction deadlines
• Maintaining flexibility in contracting and procurement
• Employing every measure to ensure construction worksites are clean and as unobtrusive to clients and neighboring community as possible
• Disposing of all construction waste material
